In this workshop you'll learn more about the purpose of your inner critic, as well as the downfalls of listening to it too closely. We'll talk neuroscience, psychology, coaching...

And of course, allow for you to explore your relationship with your inner critic.

What you can expect: A comfortable and emotionally safe space to dive deeper into this vulnerable topic. It is a small, engaging workshop, where my aim as the host is to support you in reflecting on your own relationship with your inner critic, and hopefully send you home with food for thought and some tools to improve your inner self-talk. I purposefully keep attendance limited to 10 people only, to ensure emotional safety during the workshop. If you feel like you are being negatively impacted by your inner critic, and you're ready to do something about it...  This is the workshop for you.
